Monobolt Installation Tooling
Monobolt structural rivets require specific tooling for correct installation. The correct nose assembly is essential as this forms part of the mandrel locking operation central to the installed fastener strength.
Avdel offer two tools to install monobolts, these tools are
configured to correctly place the Avdel structural monobolt rivet. We service
these and the previous version, the Avdel G2 and G3.
Avdel nG2 monobolter
This will install 4.8mm diameter monobolts

Avdel nG3 monobolter
This will install 6.4mm diameter monobolts.
Part Number 71223-00201
A conversion kit is available to convert the nG3 to install the 4.8mm diameter product.
